  • Bell Peppers or Sweet Peppers
  • Blueberries
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Tomatoes 🍅
  • Walnuts
  • Goji Berries
  • Broccoli 🥦
  • Broccoli Sprouts 🌱
  • Black Beans
  • Garbanzo Beans
  • Pumpkin Seeds

DIRECTIONS:
