Here’s our plant-based twist on a salad dressing classic — ranch dressing.

You can easily make this recipe in 10 minutes or less and it's the perfect compliment to your salad.


  • (1 1/4) cups cashews
  • (1) cup water
  • (1-2) Tbsp lemon juice (½ lemon)
  • (1) Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • (1/2) tsp garlic powder
  • (1 1/2) tsp onion powder
  • (1) tsp dried dill
  • (1) tsp sea salt
  • (1/2) tsp dried basil
  • (1/8) tsp black pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
